Day 2 PCQI Training

Please join us for this Day 2 Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI) Training. This is the second day of the blended course and will be held in-person at Dirigo Food Safety's offices in Yarmouth, ME, May 25, 2018 from 10:00-5:00. Attendees must have completed the online Segment One training within the past 6 months prior to this class. In this class, you will learn how to write a preventive controls plan for your business. This course is for owners, operators and QA staff of FSMA-regulated small businesses. Participants will receive a certificate from the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance upon completion of the course.

Basic Seafood HACCP Alliance Training

This is an in-person course that will be held at Sky Loft, 41 West Street, Brooklyn, NY 11222 on August 8-9, 2018, and will be taught by Austin Publicover of Bulletproof! Food Safety and Dr. Michele Pfannenstiel of Dirigo Food Safety. This two day training is for individuals looking to earn their Basic Seafood HACCP Alliance Certification. This course is for owners of facilities that need to write a fisheries HACCP plan, employees on an existing HACCP team, and owners of facilities that need team training to pass 3rd party audits. Participants receive a certificate from the Seafood HACCP Alliance upon successful completion of this two day course.

Segment Two Seafood HACCP Alliance Training

Dirigo Food Safety offers in-person Segment Two training of the Seafood HACCP Alliance's certification course at our offices in Yarmouth, Maine. This course is for those who are working towards earning Seafood HACCP Alliance Certification and you must have completed the online Segment One training within the past 6 months prior to this class. This one day course is for owners of facilities that need to write a fisheries HACCP plan, employees on an existing HACCP team, and owners of facilities that need team training to pass 3rd party audits.
