Segment Two Seafood HACCP Alliance Training
Dirigo Food Safety offers in-person Segment Two training of the Seafood HACCP Alliance's certification course at our offices in Yarmouth, Maine. This course is for those who are working towards earning Seafood HACCP Alliance Certification and you must have completed the online Segment One training within the past 6 months prior to this class. This one day course is for owners of facilities that need to write a fisheries HACCP plan, employees on an existing HACCP team, and owners of facilities that need team training to pass 3rd party audits.
